【eBlog#1】"The next generation of golden eggs"

[Information Update]

I think it's okay to make this public now, but next month (November), we plan to hold a "Career Education Course" for elementary school students. The course will consist of four 45-minute sessions, with about 20 students per session. (We will issue a formal press release at a later date.)

Initially, we had planned to have the students experience the "process of urban planning policies in government." However, the organizers thought it would be more interesting for me to share my "personal story of transitioning from a national public servant to an entrepreneur (a two-way career)." Just listening to my talk alone — only providing an "input" — might be boring, so I’m considering a scenario where the students will "think" using a business tool called the "Mandala Chart" and then "output" their ideas.

To capture the interest and attention of the elementary school students, I plan to reference Shohei Ohtani, the MLB star, and his "two-way career." I also want to introduce the "Mandala Chart" that Ohtani used during his high school years to achieve his dreams and aspirations, hoping to inspire some realizations ("awareness") in the students.

On a slightly frustrating note, I often hear criticisms of our company’s initiatives, such as: "(1) They are too conventional," "(2) They lack originality," or "(3) They don’t have a competitive edge." I admit I could explain things better, but the key word here is "awareness." I constantly say that "extraordinary experiences are not necessary." What I value are the small "awareness moments" in daily life. What I mean is, I believe that just by turning "unconscious thinking" into "conscious thinking," we can create new added value and innovation.

Next month (November), I am really looking forward to meeting the "next generation of golden eggs." I will release more details in due course. Thank you for your continued support!
